WHY NASA WILL NEVER TELL YOU EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE EXISTS
Short Answer
The truth is even if NASA or any Agency did find proof of life anywhere in or outside our Galaxy, such information is best kept secret in my own opinion.
The reason is because such information is capable of changing the order of things in this world. Religions will collapse, govt will collapse, and there will be a total break down of law and order.
So let's just conclude that all these secrets and cover-ups are necessary in order to preserve the world from self destruction. Because when the control tools like leadership and religion are no more, what is left is lawlessness and destruction.
Long Answer
Imagine you have been living your life and following the teachings of your religion, and from nowhere somebody comes up to say yayhh we've found life in another planet, trust me your world is just about to change.
It simply means everything you have believed in all your life is just a big lie. The stories, and everything you have read in your religious books will no longer make any sense to you, as you will now begin to question the authenticity of such books, and teachings.
The Atheists and the Satanists will make it their life's goal to publicize such findings, in a bid to let the general public know they were right all along.
As a matter of fact our human minds will be reset to default settings and it won't be long before we start acting like lower animals. Laws will no longer be obeyed, religious teachings will loose their meaning, and morality/humanity will be no more.
The fear of life after death that makes the religious people to live upright will no longer be there. It means people are now free to live their lives however they deem fit.
In summary, there will be confusion, lawlessness, and humanity will be greatly threatened. So yes, even if NASA finds extraterrestrial life, NASA would rather keep such information far from the public domain, so as not to cause confusion on planet Earth.

N-Power Programs For Unemployed Graduates
What is N-Power?
Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development. Despite the current high level of unemployment, harnessing Nigeria’s young demography through appropriate skill development efforts provides an opportunity to achieve inclusion and productivity within the country. Large-scale skill development is the main policy thrust of the N-Power Programme.
N-Power is also linked to the Federal Government’s policies in the economic, employment and social development arenas. N-Power addresses the challenge of youth unemployment by providing a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development while linking its core and outcomes to fixing inadequate public services and stimulating the larger economy. The modular programmes under N-Power will ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work. The N-Power Teacher Corp involves a massive deployment of 500,000 trained graduates who will assist to improve the inadequacies in our public services in education, health and civic education. Some of these graduates will also help in actualising Nigeria’s economic and strategic aspirations of achieving food security and self-sufficiency.
N-Power will also be a platform for diversifying the economy. N-Power is preparing young Nigerians for a knowledge economy where, equipped with world-class skills and certification, they become innovators and movers in the domestic and global markets. Nigeria will have a pool of software developers, hardware service professionals, animators, graphic artists, building services professionals, artisans and others. N-Power also focuses on providing our non-graduates with relevant technical and business skills that enhance their work outlook and livelihood.
In sum, N-Power is segmented as follows:
N-Power Teachers Corps- 500,000 graduates
N-Power Knowledge – 25,000 non-graduates
N-Power Build- 75,000 non-graduates
Who Can Apply?
Requirements
N-Power aspires to provide a platform where most Nigerians can access skills acquisition and development. At this time however, the initial modular programmes in N-Power are designed for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35. You will need to meet the minimum requirements (if any) for your respective programme. Generally, selection is based:
on your expression of a genuine interest in whichever area you decide;
passing the relevant tests;
your willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone; and
ability to show a flair to develop all the skills you need to be the best you can be.
While there are fixed requirements along the way, we will be relying on you to take ownership of the process and take the lead in shaping your route, by making the most of the training that you will receive.
For the purposes of N-Power, Graduate means having a minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelors Degree from a higher institution.
N-Power Teacher Corps Programmes
The N-Power Teacher Corps will engage and train 500,000 young unemployed graduates. It is a paid volunteering programme of a 2 year duration. The 500,000 graduates under the N-Power Corps programme will get computing devices that will contain information necessary for their specific engagement, as well as information for their continuous training and development. Participants will provide teaching, instructional, and advisory solutions in 4 key areas.
MATTERS ARISING (NYSC 2016)
The
Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, has rejected the June 13 date fixed for the National Youth Service Corps 2016/17 Batch A (Stream II) orientation course.
In a statement Thursday, the group said the date coincided with Muslim corps members’ Ramadan fasting.
“It is illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional for NYSC to hold camp at a time when its Muslim members will be deprived of their freedom of worship and the liberty to practice their creed without fear,” MURIC said in the statement issued by its Director, Ishaq Akintola.
“This planned camp is exclusive, discriminatory and parochial.”
The new date was fixed after several postponements and cancellations, prompting rumours that the programme had been scrapped.
But the NYSC in a statement said the date was fixed after President Muhammadu Buhari approved and released funds for the scheme.
The NYSC orientation programme would run from June 13 to June 29 nationwide.
MURIC noted that any Nigerian institution dealing with schedules and programmes is expected to consider the dates and periods of important festivals, rituals and religious practices.
“This should form the core of its logistics. It is our humble opinion that NYSC headquarters has failed in its strategic planning by allowing its next camp to clash with the Ramadan period,” said Mr. Akintola, a professor.
“What happened to 21st May, 2016, which was the date earlier picked for the orientation?
“We do not want to believe that the shift was deliberately planned to coincide with the Ramadan season with a view to excluding prospective Muslim corpers.
“MURIC is not trying to indulge Muslim youths. Fasting is no joke and it certainly cannot be combined with the physical challenges which characterize the NYSC camp.”
The Muslim group also noted that eligible Muslim graduates would want to be part of the service but “the obstacles standing in their way are gargantuan”.
“Firstly, morning drills in NYSC camps are known to be rigorous and the soldiers in charge will not take excuses,” Mr. Akintola said.
“Dehydration sets in later in the day particularly in the hotter regions of Nigeria. Ramadan period is therefore not the best time to hold NYSC orientation camp.
“Secondly, adequate sahuur (early morning meal taken approximately between 4 am and 5.15 am) cannot be guaranteed in the NYSC camp. Neither can the futuur (meal taken at sunset to break fast ) be timely as camp schedules are bound to ignore and subsume this very important period.

THERE WILL BE NO UTME IN OAU SAYS MANAGEMENT
The Management of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) have stated that the school will not conduct UTME as directed by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The management of the University said it will not go against the directive of the federal government that all universities should not conduct post UTME.
This decision was made public by the Public Relations Officer of the institution, Olanrewaju Abiodun.
He stressed that “OAU is owned by the federal government, therefore the school will not conduct Post UTME since all higher institutions in the country have been directed not to do so”
He however did not state which process will be used to admit new students into the University for the next academic session.
This development is not however shocking because a few days ago, the Federal Government announced that henceforth universities are no longer authorized by law to conduct UTME. Following this new development, the Federal Government has also pegged the general cut off mark for JAMB at 180.
It means that before any candidate can gain admission into any University, such a candidate must score a minimum of 180 in JAMB...
AT LAST FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCRAPS UTME
The Federal Government has scrapped post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, UTME, as a pre-condition to gaining admission into universities in the country. The government and stakeholders in education sector also pegged 180 as benchmark for 2016 admission into universities, polytechnics and colleges of education to improve quality of education in Nigeria.
These decisions were reached at the 2016 Combined Policy Meeting on Admissions to Universities, Polytechnics and other higher institutions in Nigeria. The Minister of Education , Malam Adamu Adamu, while declaring open the meeting, said since the federal government and stakeholders had confidence in the examinations conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriulation Board, JAMB, there was no need for other examinations to be conducted by universities after JAMB exams.
He said: “As far as I am concerned, the nation has confidence in what JAMB is doing, the universities should not be holding another examinations and if the universities have any complain against JAMB, let them bring it and then we address it. ”But if JAMB is qualified enough to conduct tests and they have conducted test, then there will be no need to conduct another test for students to gain admission.

Fuel Susidy Removal And Its Current Effect On The Nigerian Economy
A few days ago, the Federal government of Nigeria removed petrol subsidy. What this means is that government will no longer pay part of the cost of importing fuel into the country. Meaning it is now an open market where petrol marketers import fuel at whatever cost, and sell at a price not higher than the official pump price.
According to the minister of petroleum resources Ibe Kachikwu, the new pump price for premium motor spirit popularly known as petrol is now N145 per liter, as against the usual N87 per litre of petrol. Though mixed reactions has trailed the removal of fuel subsidy at a time the Nigerian economy is struggling to find its feet, the reality on ground is that the prices of goods and services has tripled in the last few days.
Popular economists have even predicted that the prices of goods and services will continue to rise until such a time that majority of the masses will no longer be able to afford basic necessities. This is indeed a very dark time in the history of the most populous black nation in Africa.
It is the believe of many analysts that things may degenerate to a level the poor masses will have no other option but to revolt against the current government, if nothing is done urgently to alleviate the sufferings of the vast majority out there. But until then, the future remains bleak for the African giant.

WHY IS THE ENTIRE WORLD TALKING ABOUT EBOLA VIRUS DISEASE (EVD)?
If you haven't heard of the dreaded disease called Ebola, then you are probably not resident on plannet earth. If you are one of those who haven't heard of the Ebola Virus Disease, just sit tight and take a ride with me as I share information relating to EVD with you.
Ebola is a disease which is believed to have been transmitted to man by wild animals like fruit bats and monkeys. Ebola is not just any disease but a very deadly disease. As a matter of fact, current data puts the total death figure worldwide from EVD at over a thousand deaths between 2013 and 2014 alone.
Another reason the EVD is termed a very deadly disease is the fact that the Ebola Virus Disease kills the infected person within a very short timeframe ( minimum of 4 days and maximum of 22 days after infection). Another noteworthy fact is that the EVD spreads very easily and fast too. Any form of contact with an infected individual is enough to transmit the virus. Also, any fluid from an EVD victim can as well transmit the Ebola Virus Disease.
The virus was first identified in 1976 and it was believed that the first Ebola case is a case of animal to human transmission. But all subsequent transmissions from 1976 to date are human to human transmission.
As at the time of writing this piece, no known or medically proven cure exists for the Ebola Virus Disease. Although there are a handful of sample drugs/vaccines in the market, there are no official claims as to the efficacy of those trial drugs/vaccines.
EVD is most prevalent in Western African Region but that doesn't mean the rest of the world is safe from the disease. A single plane ride can catapult the Ebola Virus Disease to any part of the world, as in the case of Nigeria that got the EVD from a Liberian-American Ebola patient who flew from Liberia to Lagos, Nigeria.
Safety/prevention measures includes;
1.) keeping a safe distance from infected patients whether friends or relatives.
2.) Medical/health officials should ensure that they wear hand gloves and protective vests when attending to EVD patients.
3.) Wash your hands with soap and water each time you return home from any outing.
4.) Avoid unnecessary handshake with strangers and people that looks ill.
5.) Do not share anything with an infected person.

JELLY BEAN 4.1 ROM FOR TECNO N7

REQUIREMENTS
* Rooted Tecno N7
* CWM recovery image already flashed on your Tecno N7 (use your stock recovery to backup your apps/user-data before flashing the cmw recovery image to your N7)
* Mobile uncle tools (an android app)
* PC but not compulsory. It is needed to download the roms but you can download them with your phone.
* Finally a basic knowledge of android Operating system; how to backup and restore a rom and user-data.
PROCEDURE
* Boot your N7 into recovery, then click on (backup and restore) option, then choose (backup) in the opened window (use your power button to select the options). This will backup your rom to the phone memory. CWM recovery does not backup just user-data so you either do that via stock recovery image or use Gobackup.apk to backup your apps/user-data.
* Power on your phone when step one is completed, now run your mobile uncle tools and backup your IMEI number. The backup file will be found on the root of your sd card
* Download this file and use it to expand your N7 system partition size. This step is a must because if it is not done, the 4.1 rom you flashed will not boot. install the app, run it and choose 2gb, answer yes when asked to reboot into recovery. DOWNLOAD FILE
* Download any rom of your choice from the links provided
* Copy the rom to your sd card
* Rename the rom to just update.zip
* Boot into recovery, go to (wipe data/factory reset) select it and wait for it to run, after that go to advanced then to (Wipe Dalvik Cache) and also (Wipe Battery Stats). Allow each of these operations to run before proceeding to the next. Now migrate back and select (install zip from sd card), always use the power button to make selections. In the next window click on (choose zip from sd card), search for the rom and select it. Choose YES in the opened window and wait for the rom to install.

Before i proceed, let me give the newbies a background info of what recovery is all about in respct to the android OS
WHAT IS A RECOVERY MODE
A recovery mode is a special "second boot" mode, independent of the normal boot, that you can start into that allows you to troubleshoot or update your device.

This is an image file on the android device that enables it to boot into recovery mode. This is the image we flash to our device when we want cwm recovery, so I am going to be referring to it as recovery.img for the rest of this write up.
Installing ClockworkMod recovery
MTK devices have no ready made cwm recoveries, unlike the likes of samsung, htc and other popular android devices.But it is possible to port existing recovery images for mtk android devices Tecno N7 inclusive.
There are 2 methods of installing/flashing cwm recovery on the N7
1. sp flash tool (PC) no root needed
2. Mobile uncle (NO PC) root needed.
Flashing procedure for Mobile uncle
Go to playstore and download Mobileuncle MTK Tools.
Download the CWMR recovery image for N7 and rename it to recovery.img, put it on your SD card root (not inside a folder).
DOWNLOAD IT HERE
Run MobileUncle MTK Tools.
Note: It will ask for root permissions. You must grant it.
Select "Recovery Update" in the menu.
Flash the CWMR image that you've placed on your SD card.
wait for the process to complete and Reboot into recovery mode when asked to do so by mobile uncle tool.
After booting into recovery and you didn't see cwm recovery on your device, repeat the process again and do it correctly this time around.

ROOT YOUR TECNO T1 (This is the only working method)
REQUIREMENTS
(1) Your Tecno T1
(2) A usb cable
(3) Pc
(4) Download the attached file LINK
PROCEDURE:
(1) Remove battery from your T1 and plug it to the pc.
(2) Replace the battery and watch your pc install d phone's drivers.
(3) When the drivers have been installed, turn on the phone.
(4) Now activate usb debugging mode on your T1.
(5) Extract the contents of d zip/rar file you downloaded earlier into one folder.
(6) Inside the folder you just extracted, click on the file RUNME
(7) Now follow every instruction the app asks you and wait for the process to finish.
When the process is completed, your phone will automatically reboot and boom your T1 is rooted. 8. Use the app called ROOT CHECKER to verify that your T1 has been rooted. Also download SUPERUSER.apk and install it on your T1.

JAMB Success Tips
1. GOD
First and foremost, you must commit your JAMB in the hands of God because with Him all things are possible. When you put your trust in God and prepare well for your JAMB, you will sure make it.
2. REGISTER EARLY
This applies to every exam you are registering for, always endevour to register early for exams. The truth is when JAMB registration's deadline is approaching, the JAMB'S website becomes very slow. And the chances that there will be a lot of processing errors in your JAMB form will become very high. 3. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DATA BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR JAMB FORM
This is very necessary because it enables you to detect any errors and make the necessary corrections. Among the dangers of making mistakes in your form and filling wrong info are, result withheld, result canceled, etc
4. PREPARE VERY WELL FOR THE EXAM
There is no short cut to success in life. To get anything out of life, you must work hard and also make a lot of sacrifices. If you prepare well enough for your JAMB examination, nothing will prevent you from scoring above the cut-off mark.

JAMB to commence e-testing in 2013 UTME
Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), says candidates are to answer questions by e-testing in the 2013 Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination (UTME).
The registrar made the disclosure in an interview in Bwari on Tuesday.
He said that by e-testing, every candidate would answer questions on computer and await the marking of the scripts by the computer automatically.
“The board shall be commencing e-testing in the 2013 UTME for candidates because this is what is obtained everywhere in the world,’’ he said.
Ojerinde explained that e-testing would facilitate quick delivery of results to candidates and reduce anxiety by candidates who had been previously waiting longer for their results by manual testing.
The registrar said that e-testing for candidates would be optional in the 2013 UTME to ensure qualitative and total delivery by the board. He also said that charges for the 2013 UTME forms might increase, due to the cost of maintenance of the computers to be used for the testing. He said further that the cost of subsequent forms would come down after some years of full implementation of e-testing. Ojerinde said there would be at least one e-testing centre in one state of the 36 states of the federation for the 2013 UTME. The registrar said the actual date to start the sales of 2013 UTME forms had not been announced, adding that the board would meet in September to decide that. (NAN)

``The internet age has come to stay with us hence as actors in the new age, you cannot afford to stay on the fence, you must be prepared to join the train or else you are left behind,'' Dibu said. He urged candidates to study hard for the 2013 UTME, adding that consistent hard work was the panacea to success in any examination. Earlier, Rose Oko, the Chairman of the House Committee on Education, said that the members were on a visit to the board because of the importance of education to the society. ``The examination process is very key and strategic in education as well as the sanctity of the examination,'' she stressed.
